I always return for the warm hospitality and unforgettable assistance when I left my documents. The amenities, including Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and cozy bar, are perfect. I especially love the romantic ambiance.

The hotel's decoration and general areas are beautifully adorned with light-wood floors and patterned-tile accents, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The combination of cooler colors on the beds and walls adds a soothing touch to the décor, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the hotel's accessible location near the Douro river and major tourist attractions makes it ideal for senior people to enjoy leisurely strolls and easy access to local amenities.

I would suggest more seating with back support in the lobby and dining areas for the comfort of senior guests.

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting, intrigued by its historical significance as Porto's Araujo & Sobrinho print business and stationary shop, established in 1829. The central location was ideal, providing easy access to the meeting venue and the train station. The staff was accommodating, and the ambiance of the hotel added to the overall professional experience.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

I loved this place! It's located in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian zone, and there's a really cool square right outside where live music plays. The room was soundproofed so I slept like a baby, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even gave me a welcome drink when I arrived!

This hotel is located in a prime area, within walking distance of all the sights. It is next to the art museum and right on the main walking street in the heart of the action. Plus, it's very close to the Sao Bento Metro station. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a vintage vibe and modern amenities. The staff is accommodating and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The breakfast is delicious and the service is great.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the private bathrooms are a big plus. The classic bathtub in some rooms is a lovely touch, giving a homely feel that I really appreciated.
